Project Leader Paint

The Paint Shipbuilding Production Department is an international team of dedicated specialists responsible for the complete sanding, filler application, and paintwork of our yachts. A shared passion for quality drives the team, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.

All yachts are built at the Heesen shipyard in Oss, fostering a strong connection to the end product. Communication within the team is direct, and the atmosphere is both open and informal. Education and experience:

• An HBO-degree with a technical background.
• RMCI certified or willing to obtain it.
• NACE 1 & 2 certified or willing to obtain it.
• Extensive experience with high-quality sanding and paint systems, preferably in shipbuilding or bodywork construction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
• A comprehensive level of English (oral and written) and German (oral).

• Salary range €4.451 – €5.691
• 8% holiday pay based on gross annual salary.
