Collection and use of personal data of job applicants and website visitors
If you are a job applicant, then we may process the following personal data:

We use your personal data to communicate with you about the course of the application procedure, the assessment of your suitability for the position that is or may be vacant and any possible reimbursement of the expenses you have incurred.

We use functional and analytical cookies. We only use third-party cookies to improve the quality and effectiveness of the website. We use Google Analytics, for example, which is set up in a privacy-friendly manner. Google Analytics processes your IP address for us. We also use Vimeo in order to show videos on the website. Storage period personal data
If you have applied for a job, but have been rejected, we will retain your personal data for up to one month starting from the moment that we have informed you of the rejection. We will extend that period if you have given explicit permission for longer storage of your personal data. In case of rejection, your personal data will never be stored for longer than one year after you have been rejected.

If you have applied for a job and are hired, the personal data that we have collected in the context of your job application will become part of your personnel file. If that is the case, please refer to the privacy policy for employees.

Sharing personal data with third parties
We share your personal data with our employees and third parties if legally permitted to do so and if this is necessary for the proper execution of the application procedure.
