We are looking for an experienced Furniture Sprayer for our Spraying Department. We need a skilled sprayer who can combine experience in the luxury interior building industry with a passion for perfection.

What will you do?
As a Furniture Sprayer in our Spraying Department, you will be responsible for the varnishing and spraying of the interiors of our exclusive yachts. You will work at the highest level of the yacht building industry and work on elaborate interiors that must comply with the highest standards. Each Heesen yacht is unique, and as such, you will have the opportunity to work with exclusive materials and special varnishing techniques. No Heesen yacht design is the same, and everything is piece production. The role involves professionally sanding down, grounding, staining and spraying of furniture and requires a high level of proficiency and attention to detail. Your work in varnishing and polishing will give every project the perfect finishing touch, with your craftsmanship strongly defining the appearance of the yacht interior.

Where will you work?
At our modern Spraying Department in Winterswijk, the interior components are varnished and sprayed according to the highest quality, environmental and safety standards. After a precise final check in Winterswijk, the interior components are transported to the shipyard in Oss, where they are mounted on board. Driven by craftsmanship, dedication and teamwork, we create yacht interiors of exceptional quality. This high level of quality is rare within the yacht building industry, and even rarer in other industries, requiring skill and precise attention to detail. Typical for the Spraying and other departments in Winterswijk is a shared passion for craftsmanship, a focus on achieving the perfect end result and a pleasant atmosphere. Who are we looking for?
You are a professional with experience in the highest level of the interior building industry or car bodywork. You have a great sense of quality, work precisely and always strive for perfection. You have a flexible attitude, and you are stress resistant, enabling you to adapt to changing circumstances quickly. You work independently, but you are also a team player with good communicative and social skills.
Education and experience:
- A completed VMBO-/MBO-degree in the field of painter/sprayer (SPOS) or verifiable work experience.
- Experience as a sprayer in the interior building industry or with car bodywork.
- Experience in staining and varnishing of furniture, preferably with working with different 2-components PUR-varnishes.
- Knowledge of the varnishing of high gloss parts and several metallics.
- Verifiable experience with the sanding down of varnish systems.
