We are looking for an experienced Assembly Employee for our Interior Production Department. We need a refined interior designer who works with great attention to detail, precision and craftsmanship when assembling the interiors in the world of luxury yachts.

What will you do?
As an Assembly Employee, you will work on the installation and finalisation of the furniture, walls, ceilings, floors and all other elements of the yacht’s interior. Great craftsmanship will be at the heart of every you do. Our in-house carpenters create all Heesen components in Oss, and you will work from the drawings and instructions of your foreman. Involved in the ongoing project from start to finish, you will be responsible for meeting the high-quality demands of the luxury yacht industry. At Heesen, every yacht is unique. This offers a high degree of variation in each working day. Everything you create for the interior of the yacht is visible, making the Assembly Employee integral to the achievement of a superior result. Strong attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship allows you to achieve this.

Where will you work?
The Mounting Interior Production Department is part of the Interior Production Department. Together with the Mechanical and Shipbuilding Production departments, this department is responsible for the actual building of the yacht. This will be realised entirely at Heesen’s shipyard in Oss. The Mounting Interior Production team are on board the yacht until her maiden voyage, allowing you to experience your work coming to life. Working in a close international team, you will enjoy direct communication, an open atmosphere and a shared passion for high-quality with your colleagues.

Who are we looking for?
You are an expert with experience in the highest level of interior design and a passion for the luxury yacht industry. You have a good work ethic and always strive for perfection with great attention for detail. You are a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work positively in a high-pressure environment.
Education and experience:
- MBO-degree (level 3-4) as an Assembly Employee.
- Experience in the assembly of high-quality interiors in veneer, lacquer work, solid wood and HPL.
- Experience with interior drawings.
