We are looking for a Customer Support Employee Parts & Provisioning for our Customer Support & Aftersales Department. We need an excellent relationship manager who is dedicated to serving clients with the best aftersales support and service in the business.

  • What will you do?

    As a Customer Support Employee in the Customer Support & Aftersales Department, you are the vital link between the Heesen shipyard and our customers. As a relationship manager, you are the eyes and ears of the aftersales operation – you will know everything about our yachts once they leave the yard, especially the requirements of captain and crew regarding parts and service. Although sales do not form part of your role, you will use your commercial awareness to signal opportunities to your team members in the Sales Department.

    You will establish your customer relationship during the build of the yacht, and you will advise crew on the assembly of the Recommended Spare Parts package. Following sea trials and her maiden voyage, you will maintain customer contact with the crew. You will convert customer requests about spare parts to clear quotations and process the administration of the purchasing requests. With your basal technical knowledge, you will be a full-fledged conversation partner for our customers. For complex technical questions, you will communicate with the engineers. You will be based in Oss, but you will travel to our yachts regularly for relationship management and support of our field service.

  • Where will you work?

    The Customer Support & Aftersales Department is responsible for the delivery of impeccable service and an exceptional yacht experience to our customers and crew. The team takes care of warranty activities and ensures the most efficient process for maintenance and repairs. This department is in close contact with the Sales and Engineering Departments. Each Heesen yacht is constructed at the shipyard in Oss, which creates a strong sense of commitment with the project. You will work in a close and dedicated team of professionals.

  • Who are we looking for?

    You have an affinity with technology and a service-orientated attitude. Ambitious and looking for the next step in your career, you have excellent social skills and are easily able to cater to customers with different backgrounds. Thanks to a great empathic ability, you can accurately ‘read’ each customer and understand their individual needs. You work independently and are structured in your work while remaining flexible with work hours. You are a team player that responds well to stressful situations.

    Education and experience:

    • MBO- or HBO-degree in the field of technical business administration, or a commercial education in the field of automotive (e.g. IVA).
    • 1 to 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in aftersales.
    • Experience with purchasing administration.
    • A comprehensive level of both Dutch and English (oral and written).
